Web beacons can be very small and invisible to the user, but, in general, any electronic image viewed as part of a web page or e-mail, including html based content, can act as a web beacon. We may use web beacons to count visitors to the web pages on the web site or to monitor how our users navigate the web site, and we may include web beacons in e-mail messages in order to count how many messages sent were actually opened, acted upon or forwarded.

Financial account information
Some of our products let you connect a bank or card account so that your own transactions can be turned into expense reports. Where you choose to do this, we use Stripe Financial Connections to retrieve your transaction history. We request read access to transactions only. We cannot move money, initiate payments, or see your banking credentials, which you provide to your bank through Stripe and never to us.
Transactions are used solely to produce expense reports inside your own account. They are visible to you and to those above you in your organisation, and to nobody outside it. They are stored in the United States, are never sold, and are not shared with any third party. You can disconnect a linked account at any time, after which we stop retrieving transactions and delete the stored connection.
Calendar information
Some of our products let you connect a Google account so that your calendar events can be used to calculate business mileage. We request access to your calendar events only, we never post or alter anything on your behalf without your instruction, and you can disconnect the account at any time. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
