(01)The story

I didn't learn this from a course. I lived it.

I'm Dave Crawford. Before Anco, I built and ran service businesses where every process lived in my head and every decision came through me. Growth meant more hours, more firefighting, more of my life going into admin nobody chose to do.

So I built my way out. Systems first, then automation, then AI, until the businesses ran without me in the middle of them. That became the job: doing the same rebuild for other founders.

Since 2019 I've worked with coaches, agencies and service businesses across the UK, US, Canada and Europe. The clients who started back then are still here, which tells you more than any sales page could.

Every morning at 7am, my own AIOS collects the numbers from every tool in the business, reads the signals and posts me a briefing before I've opened a laptop. Leads, revenue, content, bookkeeping: watched, joined up and automated.

That matters for one reason. Nothing we recommend is theoretical. When we tell you a system will hand you back your week, it's because the same system is running this business right now.
